Healthy Weight Loss in a Week – Get the Body You Deserve

There are a number of reasons you might want to lose a small amount of weight  in a short period of time. There are several different diet plans you can take advantage of to lose weight in a week. However, these diets should only be used for the one week and no longer. Healthy weight loss in a week is achievable and here are some ways to do it.

Day 1

You can eat as much fruit as you want all day long. Avoid bananas, but all other fruit is fair game.

You can also eat cabbage soup until you can’t eat anymore.

For your beverages you should only have water, cranberry juice and unsweetened fruit juice.

Day 2

Eat all the fresh veggies as you can eat. The more green leafy veggies the better. You can cook them or eat them raw but you can not add anything to them. Avoid corn, dry beans and peas.

Cabbage soup again but now you can add some other safe veggies to it.

You can have a medium sized baked potato with a small amount of butter for dinner.

The same beverages are allowed on day 2.

Day 3

You can combine the foods from day 1 and day 2. However, you need to eliminate the baked potato.

The same beverages, cranberry juice, water and unsweetened fruit juice.

Day 4

For breakfast you should have a banana and skim milk. As much as you want of both.  Avoid all veggies and no other fruits are allowed on day 4.

You can have cabbage soup again today, but nothing in it but the cabbage.

Day 5

Today you can have skinless chicken or a little beef.

Soup again today. You can also have 6 tomatoes or less.

Water and unsweetened fruit juice are the beverages for the day.

Day 6

Veggies, veggies, veggies. All you can eat veggies.

You can have beef, chicken or broiled fish today.

Today you can have your choice of beverages low fat milk, water, cranberry juice or unsweetened tea or fruit juice

Day 7

You are ready for the final day of the diet. You can have brown rice and as much beef as you want. If you did not have the fish yesterday you can have it today. However, if you had it yesterday you can NOT have it today also.

You should have one bowl of cabbage soup today. If you want more you can have as much as your little heart desires.

You can have as much water and unsweetened fruit juice as you would like for the day.

Day 8

You did it! You made it through the healthy weight loss in a week, you look great and feel great. Everyone will think you have been working on this new body for months, you can keep the ‘one week’ thing all to yourself.
