		<description>I find the best things to keep hunger at bay is drinking large glasses of water and like you suggested chewing gum.
It always best to have your kitchen shelves filled up with healthy foods, because when you do get hungry you are not going to snack on things that you shouldn&#039;t be snacking on.</description>
